Many local government web professionals find themselves working in a vacuum with few peers or resources. The National Association of Government Web Professionals fills that void by sharing the collective knowledge and experience from hundreds of peers across the country. In addition, NAGW brings in web and technology leaders to share their perspectives and insight.

Membership is $100.00 annually per individual.
Who Qualifies for Membership in NAGW?
To be eligible for full, voting membership in the Association, an applicant must be considered a full- or part-time employee of a qualifying local government entity as defined in Article IX, Section 6 and receive an annual W2 statement from that agency. Unpaid volunteers who manage or regularly update the web site for a qualifying local government entity will be considered by the Board for full, voting membership on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for associate, non-voting membership in the Association, an applicant must be considered a full- or part-time employee of a U.S. state government, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands, and receive an annual W2 statement from that agency. Associate members are not eligible to vote for or serve on the Board of Directors.
