September 13

Pre-conference sessions

  • 8 a.m.–12 p.m.—Morning sessions
  • 1 p.m.–5 p.m.—Afternoon sessions

(breakfast, lunch and breaks included)

Welcome reception

  • 7 p.m.–9 p.m.

Where all attendees meet to reconnect and kick-off the 2011 conference.

September 14–16

General sessions

Wednesday, Sept. 14

  • 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 15

  • 9 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • 6 p.m.–9 p.m.—Pinnacle Awards Dinner Banquet

Friday, Sept. 16

  • 9 a.m.–10:30 a.m.

Registration includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Hot breakfast (3)
  • Mid-morning break
  • Lunch (2)
  • Afternoon break
  • Pinnacle Awards Dinner Banquet
  • Conference shirt
