Pre-Conference Sessions, Tuesday, September 11

Gain hands-on instruction in a longer format than the regular conference sessions, attend one or two 4-hour sessions* (must select session when registering)

  • $65 per attendee, per session
  • Lunch and snack breaks are included
  • Not included in regular conference registration fee

Pinnacle Awards Banquet Guest Tickets

  • Enjoy an evening of quality entertainment, excellent food and the prestigious Pinnacle Awards ceremony.
  • All conference attendees are invited to attend the Pinnacle Awards Banquet. Guest tickets will be available for purchase soon.
  • All NAGW members are eligible to enter their government site for the prestigious Pinnacle Award.

Payment Instructions:

Credit cards are the preferred payment method for NAGW Membership fees. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

If payment by credit card is not possible, NAGW will also accept payment via check under the following conditions:

  • All checks must clearly indicate the agency name and the specific person on behalf of whom the check is being issued.
  • Personal checks are acceptable, but must include the agency name in the memo section.
  • Requests for direct deposit of funds or electronic funds transfers (EFT) will not be accepted.
  • A completed and signed W-9 is available for download from the NAGW web site. Paper W-9s sent to NAGW will not be accepted nor returned.'
  • Any check received by NAGW that does not meet the above criteria will be returned or destroyed at the discretion of the NAGW Treasurer.

Conference registrations will not be considered complete and active until payment is received and all funds have been cleared. This process typically takes two weeks from date of deposit of funds. If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please email the NAGW Treasurer.
