Membership
NAGW memberships are not transferable. Payments for the National Association of Government Webmasters (NAGW) membership are final and non-refundable.
Pre-Conference, Conference & Awards Banquet Guest Ticket
Registration cancellations and or requests for a refund received in writing 30 days prior to the conference to the NAGW Treasurer will be entitled to a refund of the total conference fees paid less a $30 administrative charge. Cancellations received in writing after that time will be handled by the board on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be made for no-shows. NAGW is not responsible for United States Postal Service mail or electronic mail failures.

Award entry fees are non-refundable.
Non-Profit Corporation
NAGW Inc. was granted status as a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation on August 20, 2006. As such, contributions or gifts to NAGW are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
