Ron Pringle
After a long and varied career in the publishing and advertising industries as an art and creative director, Ron became the web developer for the City of Aurora, Illinois in 2004, where he is responsible for all aspects of the city’s websites, including design, content and programming.
After making the leap from tables-based to CSS-based layout, Ron has become a steadfast advocate for accessible, CSS-based web design. In addition to css and accessibilty, his other professional interests include PHP, MySQL, RSS and a growing interest in Ajax.
Ron has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Illinois State University. When not working on websites, Ron enjoys hanging out with his wife and two sons, tending to his 130 year old victorian house and collecting Japanese toys.
